Eden provides full training and on-going support for all the products it sells.

Training

When you purchase an item of equipment such as an IPL or Microdermabrasion system from Eden it normally includes a full or half day training course for one or more therapists in the purchase price. For example, the MedFlash IPL unit includes training for 2 therapists, the EcoPeel Microdermabrasion unit includes training for one therapist in the purchase price.

Typically courses are held  on Mondays at our premises in Wicklow Town but can be held on the clients site by special arrangement. Additional therapists can join any course, the course fee must be paid in advance and is dependent upon the course in question.

All course fees include a full training manual, use of equipment, an examination and a certificate for successful participants.

Support

Eden is committed to providing clinical and technical support for all the products it sells. As we are also a Beauty Salon that uses the products in the same way as our clients our support is based on first hand experience. Clinical support is provided by our experienced therapists with the back-up of General Project. Technical support is provided by a qualified electronic engineer. All units sold come with a 12 months return to base warranty. On site support is also available.
